PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and compact radio transmitters electing an arranging position for an anomaly transmitter attached to a ceiling face or the like of a building in a position effective for radiant efficiency of radio waves. SOLUTION: This radio transmitter is provided with a body detachably attached to a base installed on the ceiling face or the like, a battery feeding power to an electronic member housed in the body, an anomaly detecting means detecting anomaly, and a radio transmission means transmitting an anomaly signal detected by the anomaly detecting means to the outside via an antenna. A linear antenna lead out from the radio transmission means is wired along the inner circumferential face of a circumferential wall in the body of the radio transmitter.
