<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel element structure of an OLED display and provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A pixel structure of a display element has two TFTs, one capacitor, one color filter, one OLED element structure coupled with one substrate, and one black matrix region under the TFTs and outside of the color filter. By this display element structure, the OLED display element and the color filter are integrated into one TFT array, and as a result the manufacturing process is simplified, light leakage is decreased, and display contrast is improved. In this display element structure, a light-emitting element for white light excitation is made to be the main constituting means, and three kinds of light colors of red, green, and blue are obtained by transpermeating through the color filter, and then the full color OLED display is formed. This display element is provided with electric current by a poly-silicon TFT, and is made to be one active matrix element as well. This display element not only has advantages that the manufacturing process is easier, and also has advantages such as high definition, high light-emitting efficiency, and a wide viewing angle.</p> |
