PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker damper that is easily manufactured, has abundant flexibility and in which tinsel wires are presented from breaking without disturbing a motion of the damper, and which has enhanced reliability and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Round braid tinsel wires 5 are stuck to one side (a) of a damper main body 1A with corrugations 2 via an adhesive 6 with adhesiveness. The wires can simply be stuck to the side (a) by pressing them using a forming die. Furthermore, the damper main body 1A is set at a prescribed position via a positioning guide notch 8 in an adhesion work process.
