PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter, which can make the value of an impedance in a common mode higher. SOLUTION: A noise filter is formed in a structure that first and second internal conductors 12 and 13 provided on first magnetic material sheets 11a and 11b respectively are provided on the inside of the conductor 12 each in more than one turn of a spiral form so that the conductor 13 does not cause a short-circuit with the conductor 12, the other end of the conductor 12 is provided in the vicinity of the other end of the conductor 13 and moreover, each other end of the conductors 12 and 13 is provided in such a way as to connect with each other end of first and second internal conductors 12 and 13 provided on other magnetic material sheets.
