PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech adaptor for plural communications connected to an already existing fixed telephone set and a portable telephone set capable of realizing speech among the fixed telephone set, the portable telephone set, and a telephone set connected through a telephone line to the fixed telephone set. SOLUTION: A signal mixing means 1 connected to the receiver circuit of a fixed telephone set main body 10 of a fixed telephone set 9 for mixing the transmission signal of a transmitter/receiver 11 with the transmission output signal of a portable telephone set 13, and a signal distributing means 2 connected to the receiver circuit of the fixed telephone set main body 10 for distributing the reception signal to the receiver of the transmitter/receiver 11 and the reception signal input of the portable telephone set, are arranged between the fixed telephone set main body 10 and the transmitter/receiver 11 of the fixed telephone set 9.
