PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accident sensing device focusing on immediately sensing an absence stroke and preventing accidental death during bathing, particularly a sinking and drowning accident of a momentary absence stroke due to epilepsy. SOLUTION: In this device, a person is made to flash a flashing type switch while in a bath tub and the person's family can immediately perceive an absence stroke on the basis of the person's competence for flashing the switch.
