PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve process efficiency of a reforming device for manufacturing hydrogen from carbonaceous raw material. SOLUTION: The reforming device (30) of the fuel cell system is provided with a steam supplier (50), in which, a source gas passage (54) and an exhaust gas passage (55) are formed separated by a steam transmission film (51). Source gas sent to a reformer (31) is guided to the source gas passage (54) and air electrode exhaust gas is guided to the exhaust gas passage (55). With the steam supplier (50), steam in air electrode exhaust gas penetrates the steam transmission film (51) and is fed to source gas in a state of steam. |
