PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which cost increase can be prevented even if a call center has a trunk code when a CATV company performs out-sourcing of call center business. SOLUTION: The call center system 1 comprises a CATV set 2 for providing a subscriber with CATV broadcast, and a call center unit 6 wherein the CATV set 2 comprises means 221 for retrieving the telephone number of the call center unit 6 stored in a call center information table 219a upon receiving a signal from a subscriber unit 3, and a VOIP line adapter 213 for processing a voice signal from the subscriber unit 3 into a voice signal for internet telephone being transmitted to the retrieved call center unit 6. |
