<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically execute proper reservation registration/acceptance control for taking into consideration a characteristic of a facility, a characteristic of patient behavior, and an actual state of a medical examination. SOLUTION: This reservation registration/acceptance control system has reservation registering means 11 and 21 for registering reservation in a registering frame by setting the reservable registering frame, and acceptance control means 12 and 22 for determining waiting order on the basis of a point by imparting the point according to the accepting time and whether or not the reservation is registered in the reservation registering means by executing acceptance, and has a result processing means for setting the registering frame set in the reservation registering means on the basis of the total time of an actual event to respective acceptance, a result recording means, reservation registering frame setting means 13 and 23 for setting the registering frame, and moving time calculating means 14 and 24 for calculating moving time during the medical care on the basis of the finish time of the medical care of the same patient and the starting time of the other medical care and executes the reservation registration/acceptance control of an outpatient by input output terminals 3-1 to 3-n.</p> |
