PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electric field light-emitting element wherein a light drawing out efficiency is improved and a high luminance can be obtained at a low electric power consumption. SOLUTION: The organic electric field light-emitting element 10 including a red light emitting element part 10R, a green light emitting element part 10G, and a blue light emitting element part 10B is formed on a glass substrate 1. A high reflection electrode layer 6 is installed as a negative electrode of the organic electric field light-emitting element 10. The high reflection electrode layer 6 has a multilayer structure wherein a low refractive index layer consisting of SiO2 and a high refractive index layer consisting of Nb2O5 are alternately laminated on a highly electric conducting layer consisting of ITO, and this is constituted so that a reflectivity is made higher and an absorbance is made lower. The light generated in the organic electric field light-emitting element 10 is efficiently drawn outside from a glass substrate 1 side, thereby the light drawing out efficiency is improved.
