GAS LASER OSCILLATOR IN OPTICAL AXIS MOVING TYPE LASER BEAM MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas laser oscillator in an optical axis moving type laser beam machine which reduces contamination of an output mirror which is caused by dust in air. SOLUTION: In this gas laser oscillator 1 in an optical axis moving type laser beam machine 3, an oscillator cover 11 coupled with an optical axis cover 25 of the laser beam machine is installed. A dust collector 35 provided with a dust collecting chamber 29 including an atmospheric air side surface 7a of the output mirror 7 of the gas laser oscillator is installed to the oscillator. The air in the dust collecting chamber is discharged to the inside of the oscillator cover.
