PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service system for executing automatic translation transmitting-receiving service. SOLUTION: This automatic translation transmitting-receiving service system has a plurality of user terminals for transmitting and receiving voice and data, and a server group for executing communication service between the user terminals by a server in a provider. The server group has a first conversion server for converting a voice signal into mail data by receiving the voice signal from the user terminals, an automatic translation sever for translating the mail data from the first conversion server or an e-mail server into using language indicated by an identification code added to an mail address, a second conversion server for transmitting the translated mail data to the user terminals by converting the mail data into the voice signal, and the e-mail server for transmitting and receiving the mail data of the user terminals. The mutual user terminals different in the using language mutually communicate by voice or e-mail. |
