PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize voice input environment which is pleasant for a user by permitting smooth reinput if voice input for automatic answering is interrupted. SOLUTION: An IVR 4 which accepts voice input from a telephone 5 with an interactive system is equipped with a voice recognition part 12 which recognizes the contents of the voice input by the user of the telephone 5, an item extraction part 13 and a storage part 18 which extract personal information data on the user from recognition data of the voice recognition part 12 and store them, a control part 17 which obtains information specifying the user and decides an item having been stored in the personal information data storage means among all the items constituting the personal information data, and a message selection part 15 and an utterance part 16 which provide a message corresponding to the decision result.
