<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a prescaler 100 is seldom used for processing except the generation of a clock signal and a peripheral function such as a timer function is not effectively used. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a timer circuit which outputs a count signal up to a specific value at specific intervals of time, a comparison coincident register circuit which stores a set value corresponding to the transmission/reception timing of data and outputs a coincidence signal each time the count signal value from the timer circuit matches the set value, a clock selecting circuit which selects either an external clock signal or the coincidence signal from the comparison coincidence register circuit and outputs the selected signal as a data shift clock signal, and a data shift register circuit which transmits and receives data each time the data shift clock signal is inputted.</p> |
