PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-frequency circuit capable of realizing a circuit which generates a wavelength reducing effect, can be miniaturized, is excellent and has less variations. SOLUTION: A dielectric substrate 51 is inserted into the air layer between a ground conductor 31 and a dielectric substrate 21, and a dielectric substrate 61 is inserted into the air layer between a ground conductor 41 and a dielectric substrate 21.
