PURPOSE: A method for extending an output value of an analog/digital converter using one-chip micom is provided, which controls devices like a thermometer and a hygrometer accurately and stably without additional cost. CONSTITUTION: According to the one-chip micom where an analog/digital(A/D) converter is embedded, an internal program is performed in the one-chip micom, and resistors(R2,R3) are connected to the one-chip micom serially. And an output value of the A/D converter is extended by a circuit where capacitors(C2,C3) are connected to the above resistors in parallel. The values of the resistors and the capacitors are controlled. The internal program performed in the one-chip micom extends the output value of the A/D converter without controlling an external circuit of the one-chip micom.
