The method of improvement of asphalt emulsion adhesion to neutralizing lime sludge, originating during treatment of industrial waste waters from bathrooms or of oiled waste waters, where the utilized neutralizing agent is lime milk, concerns an increase of effect of stabilization of neutralizing sludge by means of asphalt emulsion and simultaneously an increase of its efficiency, with supposed action of inorganic salts.
