PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when the discharge amount of liquid is adjusted by using a flow sensor, the discharge flow rate fluctuates due to wear or deposit caused by aging, and hence the accuracy of mixing ratio is lowered. SOLUTION: In a flow rate adjusting device for a cup type drink vending machine or a drink dispenser which includes independent liquid discharge circuits to provide a mixture of liquids (drink), at least a flow rate sensor and a solenoid valve are provided in each circuit, and discharge flow rates are integrated by a flow sensor, and the solenoid valve is opened or closed based on the integrated values, and the differences in the liquid discharge rates between the set values and the integrated values due to wear and deposit of the circuits caused by aging can be corrected.
