PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof wall which can be easily and inexpensively assembled without using struts. SOLUTION: Soundproof panels 3 are stacked on each and are laterally installed in juxtaposition. The vertically and laterally adjacent panels 3 are connected by means of connecting plates 4a and 4b.
