PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long material hoisting apparatus allowing easy attaching and detaching of a hook according to the length of the long material. SOLUTION: This long material hoisting device is provided with a fixed beam 1 elevated by a crane, an expansion beams 2a, 2b disposed on the right and left of the fixed beam 1 and moved forward and backward to be expanded and contracted in the fixed beam 1, and hooks 17 connected to the tips of the expansion beams 2a, 2b by wire ropes 18 and hooked on the long material.
