PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air permeable bag wherein air filled in the bag can be desirably removed, and commodities such as rice can be packaged in low cost. SOLUTION: In the bag wherein intermittent heat-sealed part comprising a heat-adhesive part and a non-heat-adhesive part is formed on each of the opposed sides of a laminated film wherein two rectangular film each of which including a base material layer and a heat-adhesive resin layer are placed one upon another so that the heat-adhesive layers are opposed to each other, irregularities are formed beforehand in a region where the intermittent heat-sealed part of the laminated film is to be formed, whereby irregularities are formed on an least one of the laminated films at the non-adhesive parts of the intermittent heat-sealed part.
