PURPOSE: A hair waving device is provided to clearly form a desired wave of hair while setting disheveled hair in order within a hair processing region without requiring a separate comb, thereby improving the efficiency of working. CONSTITUTION: The hair waving device consists of a pair of arms(20a,20b) coupled by a pivot(10) and having grippers(12a,12b) adjacent to the pivot; a pair of hair processing members(22b) disposed on the pair of arms for gripping and compressing hair according to the opening and closing movement of the arms; a heater for heating at least one hair processing member; and a fastening member having a fastener(40) separably fastened to at least one arm and a plurality of comb teeth arranged in an equal distance about the longitudinal direction of the arm.
