<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meteorological observation system and communication terminal capable of presenting meteorological observation data inexpensively. SOLUTION: This meteorological observation system 1 has an observation processing part 1a for creating a data file concerning the observed weather, and an encryption processing part 1b for enciphering the data file. The meteorological observation system 1 has a mail delivery processing part 1e for transmitting a data file by using SMTP(simple mail transfer protocol) through a net 2 while designating one or more user terminals 14 as address, and storing the same in a POP server 5 in the net 2.</p> |
