PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence analyzing element capable of fixing, efficiently exciting, and efficiently detecting a detection reagent or a sample without causing fluorescence discoloration. SOLUTION: A metal nano-well 3 is formed on a metal thin film 2 on a substrate, and an active radical or detection DNA is modified and fixed on the bottom face of the metal nano-well 3. Fluorescence coloring occurs at high- efficiency excitation with no fluorescence discoloration by light-exciting the antigen bound to the active radical or the fluorescence reagent bound to the target DNA hybridized with the detection DNA.
