摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a bright and high-quality picture by enhancing light resistance in an optoelectronic device such as liquid crystal device. SOLUTION: In the optoelectronic device, a pixel electrode (9a) and a TFT(thin film transistor) (30) which is connected to the pixel electrode and a data line (6a) which is connected to the TFT and a capacity line 300 which functions also as a built-in light shielding film are provided on a TFT array substrate (10) and, moreover, a lower side light shielding film (11a) is arranged at the lower side of the TFT. Moreover, windows (401a, 401b) are provided at a region opposite to the adjacent region of the channel of the TFT in the data line and the capacity line. Furthermore, a first light shielding film (23) covering the windows is formed on a counter electrode (20).
