PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate opening or closing of an opening and easily insert a robot or the like. SOLUTION: The opening 2 is formed in a shielding wall 1 disposed on a floor 9 of a nuclear energy facility, and is opened or closed by a shielding member 15 engaging with the opening 2. The lower end of the opening 2 is formed with the floor 9, and the shielding member 15 has a rolling member 18 rolling on the floor 9.
