PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter in which the damage of slats due to slat mounting screws can be prevented when the slats are wound, projecting size into the indoor space of a shutter box can be inhibited when the shutter is incorporated into a building unit and transported, the deterioration of heat-insulating properties and an increase in management and manufacturing cost can be prevented and transportation efficiency and workability can be improved. SOLUTION: The shutter 1 has a plurality of the slats 30 and a winding shaft 20, to which the slats 30 are fixed and on which the slats 30 can be wound. The winding shaft 20 has a shaft body with a circumferential surface section 23 and a recessed surface section 24 and a circular plate 35 with an outer circumferential surface 35A mounted and demounted to and from the recessed surface section 24 and continued to the circumferential surface section 23. Since the screws 31 can be arranged in the recessed surface section 24 on the side inner than the circular plate 35 guiding the slats 30, the screws 31 collide with the wound slats 30, and damaging can be prevented.
