PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for corrosion prevention processing of a wall penetrating steel pipe part which can carry out the corrosion prevention processing of the corrosion part of the wall penetrating steel pipe part extremely easily and excellently without stopping the flow of a transportation fluid. SOLUTION: A tubular molding flask 14 is disposed with an interval to the outer peripheral surface of a steel pipe 13 located in the wall through-hole 12 to surround the steel pipe. Two annular sealing parts, namely, a first annular sealing part 15 and a second annular sealing part 16 are installed in a space between the inner peripheral surface of this molding flask 14 and the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe part 13 so that a corrosion prevention processing space 17 is formed. The filling of a coating and covering material is made possible by using coating and covering material injection tubes into this corrosion prevention processing space 17 and a space from the second annular sealing part 16 to rear end part 14b of the molding flask 14, respectively. Furthermore, degassing pipes 20a and 20b communicating to the corrosion prevention processing space 17 are provided.
