PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concurrently and simply machine many bearing outer rings 11 in a manufacturing method for a bearing with a resin pulley and its bearing outer ring suitably used for a belt or the like for driving accessories of an automobile. SOLUTION: This bearing with the resin pulley is integrally molded with the resin pulley on the outer periphery of the outer ring 11 of a rolling bearing, and an antislip groove L inclined against the peripheral direction is formed on the outer periphery of the outer ring 11. An outer ring assembly 15 closely arranged with a plurality of outer rings 11 adjacently in the axial direction is pushed into a tubular machining tool 20 having a continuous spiral cutting edge 22 on the inner peripheral face 21, and one of the outer ring assembly 15 and the machining tool 20 is rotated, thereby antislip grooves L are formed on the outer peripheral face of the outer ring assembly 15. Many bearing outer rings 11, on which the occurrence of creep is prevented, are concurrently and simply machined, the machining time is shortened, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
