PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constraining device of a crane enabling an operator only to efficiently perform constraining work in a short time, and dispensing with anchor equipment for performing the constraining work for a plurality of cranes at the same time to reduce the ground facility cost. SOLUTION: This constraining device of a crane is constructed by a bracket 21 fitted to a crane main body 10 and having a guide hole 21h formed in the vertical direction, a sliding pin 22 fitted to be freely elevated along the guide hole 21h, a strut 23, the base end part of which is fitted to the sliding pin 22 and rocked around the base end part within a vertical plane, and a pin elevating and fixing cylinder 24 for elevating the sliding pin 22 and fixing the sliding pin 22. A shoe 27 for sliding on the floor surface is pivoted on the tip of the strut 23.
