PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bound book conveyance device capable of conveying a desired number of bound books collectively without depending on timing and interval at which bound books are fed from a bookbinding machine. SOLUTION: In this bound book conveyance device in which a plurality of conveyors are arranged by connecting them to convey a plurality of bound books by these conveyors, a count sensor is arranged in an intermediate region of the reference conveyor at which the bound book arrives at first, and a count sensor is further arranged in a connection region of the reference conveyor and a plurality of a series of conveyors composed of a plurality of downstream conveyors following the reference conveyor.
