PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily mount and demount a bowl for hand-washing as a counter section for a lavatory unit or in a hand-washing counter used by installing on the wall of a lavatory or the like. SOLUTION: The wash counter is constituted in such a manner that a recessed section 9 is formed to the counter 1, a drain inlet 4 communicating with a drain pipe 8 is formed to the recessed section 9 while the bowl 10 for hand-washing with a drain inlet 1 is fitted detachably, and drain flowing out from the drain inlet 11 for the bowl 10 flows out to the drain pipe 8 from the drain inlet 4 for the recessed section 9 through the inside of the recessed section 9.
