PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for analyzing chemical or physical properties of fluid in a reaction flow stream. SOLUTION: This device capable of characterizing a fluid content of chemicals in a reaction line has a rheometer. The device can be connected to or included in the reaction flow stream, and has a retractable wall 26 opened so as to form an opening 28 enabling a part of the reactive flow stream to flow into a sampling chamber 12. A sample is separated from the flow stream, and flow data are acquired from the sample. The data on the sample are collected and transferred to a computer. The computer is used for analyzing the data, and can be used for controlling a reaction parameter in the reactive flow stream by optional selection. |
