PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape emergence card which is capable of expressing three-dimensional shapes to be emerged as faithfully as possible and has excellent practicability and merchandise characteristic. SOLUTION: This card is constituted to emerge the three-dimensional shape 3 in a projecting state onto a leaf 2 having a bending line 1 by bending the leaf 2 to a prescribed angle at the bending line 1. A prescribed figure 5 is expressed on the leaf 2. This prescribed figure 5 is successively disposed at the leaf 2 at both right and left ends and is composed of plural belt pieces 4 which are disposed successively with each other. When the leaf 2 is bent at the prescribed angle, the prescribed figure 5 attains the state of projecting into the leaf 2, thereby forming the three-dimensional shape 3.
