PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fan without enlargement that provides a large amount of blast during one-way rotation or a small amount of blast during inverse rotation. SOLUTION: A plurality of blades 3 are supported by a blade support rotating plate 1 radially with respect to the rotation center of the plate. Each blade 3 has a first part 3A for generating wind during the one-way rotation A radially inside it and a second part 3B for generating wind during the inverse rotation B radially outside it. A radial length of the second part 3b is shorter than that of the first part 3a.
