PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mooring device capable of reducing suction effect generated to the water bottom when a sinker floats, and restricting size of a mooring chain to be shorter than conventional ones to reduce cost. SOLUTION: This mooring device is provided with a float 1 floating on the water, an anchor 2 fixed on the water bottom, the sinker 3 installed between the float 1 and the anchor 2, a penetrating member 6 provided to penetrate the sinker 3, the mooring chain 4 connecting one 7 of two connection parts formed on the penetrating member to the float, and the mooring chain 5 connecting the other of the connection parts to the anchor 2.
