发明名称 OPTICAL RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the secular stability of recording and the erasure repetition performance for rewriting with erase of manufacture by using a substrate and a recording layer on the substrate using the phase transfer due to light stimulation and including Ag3VO4 into the recording layer. CONSTITUTION:The temperature hysteresis is attended with the phase transition in a substance applying the 1st order phase transition in substances applying phase transition from a crystal phase to other crystal phase at some temperature. When Ag3VO4 is in the local stable state in the substance are above, the stable phase transition is attained in radiating a light to the substance. In taking a low temperature phase as the nonrecording state at first, when the part desired of recording is phase to attain recording, and in desiring erasure, light absorbed by the substance is radiated to the part to restore the phase from the high temperature phase to the low temperature phase. The presence of recording is detected by detecting the difference of the reflectance or transmittivity of the high and low temperature phases optically. Thus, the performance of repetitive rewrite and the recording stability are improved.
