The instrument for preparing a bone bed for an implant and/or for machining a bone structure with a shaped rotating and/or oscillating body is constituted as a grinding tool and/or comprises a surface with a grinding layer allowing the bone to be ground and/or separated. Also claimed are a combination of such instruments, and a method for their application.
