PURPOSE:To prevent grain growth due to redissolution and precipitation of product (precipitate) in the reaction process, to avoid uneven distribution of particle size or variation of composition ratios and to obtain a ceramic source fine powder having desired composition ratio. CONSTITUTION:Into a static line mixer 3, the followings are supplied a first soln. 1a at 60-95 deg.C and a second soln. 2a through respective pass, where the first and second soln. are uniformly mixed and effected. The first soln. contains a specified hydroxide of metal element and one or more compds. selected from NaOH, KOH, LiOH, NH4OH and amines by 1-4mol to the 1mol of the hydroxide. The second soln. contains multiple alkoxide of specified metal elements. |
