PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit releasing of a slide lock of a seat so as to use the forwardly inclined seatback rear surface of the seat provided with a walk-in mechanism as a table or effectively use as a flat baggage space. SOLUTION: A seatback 61 is allowed to forwardly incline in a space produced by flipping up a seat cushion 6, and a lock resealing prohibiting means for prohibiting releasing of the slide lock by the walk-in mechanism while interlocking with flipping-up of the seat cushion 6 is provided. The lock releasing prohibiting means has a sensing lever 2 moving together with the forward turn of the seatback 61 from a specified position and changing an attitude thereof linking with flipping-up of the seat cushion 6. When the seat cushion 6 is under service conditions, the sensing lever 2 operates a slide lock device by moving, thereby releasing the slide lock. When flipping up the seat cushion 6, the sensing lever 2 changes the attitude, so that the sensing lever 2 cannot operate the slide lock device by moving.
