PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform conversion processing such as coincides with the regulation of the number of samples in the frame of the lock mode and unlock mode about voice data in the data transmission and reception of the digital signal. SOLUTION: The voice data conversion process method is a method for converting input data which include voice data having an arbitrary number of samples for each frame of a video into voice data which have a predetermined number of samples corresponding to each frame for a prescribed frame sequence. The voice samples of adjacent frame limits are delivered between the adjacent frames by using a memory means 13 to capture input data and a memory control means 15 to control the memory means. Thereby, the number of samples per frame is adjusted to the predetermined number. |
