PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing tasty salt by mixing brown seaweed or sea tangle, natural sun dried sea salt and sodium glutamate in a proper mixing ratio, thereby improving flavoring activity in foods, increasing consumption of brown seaweed and sea tangle, and lowering salinity in foods. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: collecting seaweed including brown seaweed, sea tangle and the like then followed by removing impurities therefrom and pulverizing them; pulverizing natural sun-dried sea salts; mixing 70% of seaweed, 20% of natural sun-dried sea salt, 10% of sodium glutamate in a blender; and drying the mixture. |
