PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment implement for an endoscope having a slidable two-layer structure and inexpensive manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This treatment implement 1 comprises a treatment part 10 at its tip, a flexible intermediate soft part 20 of which one end is the treatment part 10, and an operating part 30 that is the other end of the intermediate soft part 20. The intermediate soft part 20 has the two-layer structure of a sheath 200 in the outer layer and a tight spring 202 inserted into the arranged in the sheath 200. The operating part 30 has two knobs 300 and 302, namely operating members for axially sliding the sheath 200 and the tight spring 202. The knobs 300 and 302 are common components made of the same member, have a through hole having different diameters at both ends, have a different appearance shape for allowing recognition of the mounting direction in the axis direction, and are arranged oppositely. |
