The invention relates to a self-propelled installation for drilling and repairing wells, employed in oil industry. According to the invention, the self-propelled installation for drilling and repairing wells ensures structural relations between subassemblies by comprising some transport, power, drilling, repairing, handling, hydraulic power, pneumatic power and mechanizing subassemblies (A, B, C, E, F, G, H). The transport subassembly (A) has a platform (1) whereon the decks (5) connected to the power subassembly (B) by universal joints are mounted together with one or two heat engines (7 and 15) to which some hydraulic transmissions (8 and 16) are coupled directly, said hydraulic transmissions (8 and 16) coupling the drilling subassembly (C). Some sensors (10, 11, 12) for detecting the temperature of oil and water and a warning system are mounted on said engines (7 and 15) and on said transmissions (8 and 16), the warning system consisting of a device (28) mounted on the suction conduits. The drilling subassembly (C) mounted on the platform (1) comprises the tapered gearing groups (31) connected to the power subassembly (B) by a universal joint and by the adding box (19) or by said transmissions (8 and 16). The handling subassembly (E) comprises an attachment validation device (73) consisting of some pneumatic limiting devices (74). The hydraulic power subassembly (F) is connected to the power subassembly (B) by means of the engines (7 and 15) and the adding box (19), and to the drilling and repairing subassembly (C) by the main tapered gearing group (31). The pneumatic power subassembly (G) comprises a compressor (115) and the mechanizing subassembly (H) is coupled to the hydraulic power subassembly (F) by some hydraulic links.
