PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella which is safely usable by solving the disadvantage that an umbrella is blown away, broken, or flapped over in a storm to expose an aged person or a child to a great danger. SOLUTION: The central portion of the umbrella is provided with a void portion 1 and is mounted with capped umbrella cloth 2 enabling a vertical movement A so as to release the wind when loaded with internal wind pressure. The capped umbrella cloth 2 lifted by the wind pressure is received by a stopper 3 and falls naturally when the wind pressure is removed.
