PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder molding press with which a pressurizing time and a feeding time can be fully extended for a starting material powder. SOLUTION: In a powder molding press A equipped with a lever driving mechanism 4 that rocks a lever 3 supported freely rotatably at one end and a piston mechanism 2 that transmits the rocking of the lever 3 to give a vertically reciprocating motion to an upper punch which compresses from above the starting material powder inside the molding die, the lever driving mechanism 4 is designed to have a rotatably driven eccentric cam 41, a rod 42 that vertically moves by the rotation of the eccentric cam 41, and a driving lever 45 that is connected to the rod 42 freely rotatably at one end and that rocks around a shaft 44 and constantly below the horizontal plane E going through the shaft 44. The driving lever 45 and the upper punch are located at the lowest position at the bottom dead point T3 of the lever driving mechanism 4.
