PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline connecting structure of an endoscope which makes the diameter of a distal end rigid portion finer at a low cost without degrading its strength by forming a notched part at a retaining pipe for clamping a forceps pipe and forceps tube of the endoscope and directing the notched part toward a distal end sleeve. SOLUTION: According to this pipeline connecting structure, the forceps tube 62 is fitted onto the forceps pipes 60 fixed to a body (42) of the distal end rigid portion 20 and the retaining pipe 64 is fitted onto the outer side of the forceps tube 62. The notched parts 64A and 64A are formed at both ends of the retaining pipe 64 and the notched part 64A is arranged toward the distal end 44.
