PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hanging wheels for a curtain and a curtain hanging device capable of hanging and fitting an upper hem of the curtain without inclining in front and rear directions. SOLUTION: The hanging wheel 11 is provided with a body 111 for supporting wheels 113 capable of rolling in a rail R, and a hook supporting part 112 extended downward from a lower part of the body 111. The body 111 has a base part 114, and a bearing part 115 for supporting a shat of the wheels 113, which is erected and movably inserted in the rail R. The hook supporting part 112 is extended downward from the base part 114 of the body 111. The hook supporting part 112 is provided with an engaging part 116 for hanging a hook 12, a pair of right and left retaining projections 117 for limiting falling down of the hook in the right and left directions by nipping vertically extended part of the hanged hook 12 from both sides, and a butting part 118 for limiting falling down of the hook 12 in the front and rear directions by butting against the hook 12 at least at two points separated vertically.
