<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both the existing pipe cutting device which can maintain its support structure body so rigid that no vibration is caused at its cutting blade part at the time of cutting an existing pipe off, and concurrently can lessen the work of a hold and lift device to a great extent, and the no-service interruption type existing pipe replacement device provided with the aforesaid existing pipe cutting devices. SOLUTION: In the existing pipe cutting devices 4 which are used for the existing pipe replacement device where a replacement pipe part corresponding to a cut-off pipe part after a part of an existing pipe 2 has been cut off and removed in the inside of a hermetically sealed housing 10, each existing pipe cutting device is equipped with a guide support part 30 which supports a rotating blade unit 20 provided with a rotating blade in such a way that it can be rotated around the shaft core X of the existing pipe, and with a drive part 40 driving the rotating blade via a transmission means 50. And each guide support part 30 is so constituted that each cut-off remaining part 2b other than the cut-off removed pipe part of the existing pipe 2 can be fixed to the lower area part of the housing 10 hermetically and outwardly fitting the cut-off remaining parts 2b, or can be fixed to the cut-off remaining parts 2b in the inside of the housing.</p> |
