SUBSTANCE: method includes intake of acid tar from acid tar pond, heating of acid tar to temperature of 45-85 C with use of fuel combustion flue gases, mixing of heated acid tar in granulating drum with carbon black coalescence degree in aggregate within 0.03-0.09. Preliminarily applied to carbon black from aqueous solution is neutralization agent in the form of hydroxide or carbonates of alkaline or alkaline-earth metals of I-II groups of periodic table. Neutralization process is conducted at temperature of 45-85 C for 4-10 min.
